This is the second time we've stayed in this hotel (in the same room!) and both times we have been pleased with the accommodation- comfort, cleanliness etc. But the real highlights are the excellent location and the brilliant staff - friendly, helpful and efficient. I even had great service pre-arrival.

Great Hotel! Our first visit to Oxford. Having booked on the internet we were somewhat concerned about what the hotel might be like - we needn't have worried, wonderful decor, service and care!! We will definitely return to Oxford and the Royal Oxford Hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, rooms very clean. Good touches with complimentary newspaper, biscuits, fruit and drinks. Excellent breakfast and service. Overall experience very good. Thank you
