I wanted to take the opportunity to thank the Staff at Royal Oxford Hotel. I really apprieciate the friendly personal treatment I receive at the Hotel. In addition to this outstanding personal and professional service, I appreciate your flexibility and help in dealing with changes in plans, accommodating colleagues and customers, as well as the odd times when you have checked me out remotely and stored luggage until I could make it back 'Home'. Thanks again, it is always such a pleasure to see you and stay with you.

As part of my job I stay in a great deal of hotels, mainly 4* and above. From the moment I checked in the service was excellent. Especially being shown to my room, an explanation of comlimentary items and also the kitchen allowed me to have breakfast early as my long train journey started before the hotels usual breakfast hours. Thank you very much.

Our first visit - and the staff and the accommodation were excellent. The room was in very good order - very clean and all the extras like snacks were very good - the wireless network worked well.
The Staff are tops - usually what you might find in London's or Europe best hotels- We will be back !
